Focus on the Message. The most important aspect of communication is getting your message across, but if it isn’t focused, you’ll have trouble keeping your audience’s attention. Don’t add any fluff. Ask yourself: What am I trying to share with my team members? What do I want everyone to take from this information? How can I make this information easier to understand? By honing your focus, you can feel confident in your presentation.
